Les r\u00e9sidents peuvent avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cjf.lu\/?page_id=21897\">maison relais<\/a>, au service <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cjf.lu\/?page_id=22016\">Kand a Famil<\/a>, au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cjf.lu\/?page_id=21968\">service Quartier<\/a> et enfin au service <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cjf.lu\/?page_id=22137\">Streetwork<\/a>. Ces 4 services ont vocation de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des r\u00e9sidents de tout \u00e2ge ou culture.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Une solidarit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s forte a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e chez les habitants des quartiers malgr\u00e9 l\u2019impact notable que les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022 a pu avoir sur eux. La solidarit\u00e9 s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9e sous plusieurs formes\u00a0: l\u2019engouement et l\u2019investissement des habitants dans la r\u00e9alisation de projets tels que \u00ab\u00a0la soir\u00e9e Zeralda\u00a0\u00bb ou le \u00ab\u00a0Pafendaller Floumart\u00a0\u00bb ou bien encore le journal \u00ab\u00a0Am Pays\u00a0\u00bb. Le journal, \u00e9crit par le service Quartier, est un moyen permettant de donner une voix aux habitants qui le souhaitent ou aux associations des quartiers. En 2022, il a eu beaucoup de succ\u00e8s et il continuera a se d\u00e9velopper dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>En 2022, les \u00e9quipes de l\u2019Atelier Zeralda-oppend Haus Pafendall ont adopt\u00e9 l\u2019application <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vdl.lu\/fr\/la-ville\/engagements-de-la-ville\/ville-intelligente\/smart-people\/hoplr\">HOPLR<\/a> pour les r\u00e9sidents\u00a0: l\u2019application HOPLR est une application soutenue par la Ville de Luxembourg. Elle est vou\u00e9e \u00e0 promouvoir l\u2019entraide entre voisins, d\u2019annoncer des \u00e9v\u00e8nements locaux, d\u2019\u00e9changer des outils ou des services. Cette application est de plus en plus utilis\u00e9e et promeut une communication positive entre les r\u00e9sidents et les
